🌈 Condition of Returns: Returned items should be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and tags. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or damaged.

📦 Return Shipping: Kindly note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

🔄 Processing and Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll swiftly process your exchange or issue Vintage Villa credit. Expect an email notification to keep you in the loop.

🚨 Exceptions: If your goods arrive below our standards or are damaged, reach out to us immediately. Vintage Villa will take care of any shipping costs associated with the return.
